Putting the amount of letters in our names into groups
Today we wrote our names on whiteboards, we then counted the letters in our names and put ourselves into groups. We predicted which group would have the most in it. We found out that children with 4 letters in their names were the greatest group.

RE bedtime prayers
Today in RE we pretended we were CBeebies TV presenters and filmed each other reading our bedtime prayers. In our prayers we thanked God for looking after us and anyone else who had helped us that day.

The house that love built
Today, in our Religion lesson, we have been discussing our families. We spoke about what we do with our families at home that makes us happy. We thought of lots of different vocabulary that describe a family, and built a house of love from these words. Good job Year 1…
