Measurement
We have been talking about measurement and size. We talked about LONG and SHORT, TALL and SHORT, HEAVY and LIGHT and FULL and EMPTY. We did lots of different activities to help us to understand these concepts and we made a display to help us remember them!

We thought our Bunny Hop would have to be postponed from Monday morning as it rained and rained and rained. We managed to get outside with the reception classes just after lunch though! The children who had left after lunch time did their Bunny Hop on Tuesday morning! Well done to all the children…

Our Tasty Snack

Baking Bread
We all made our own bread roll, we rolled it and pummelled it, and then we had to leave them to rise. They just got bigger and bigger! And then they went into the oven to cook!

We made 3 lots of bread dough, so we worked in groups to mix it. We could smell the yeast.
