The Thank You Gift
Mrs. Willows read our new story book with us today. It was called “The Christmas Pine” by Julia Donaldson. It was about a pine cone that grew into a tall tree, the tree was growing in a forest in Norway. The townspeople cut it down and sent it by ship to England. The tree was put up and decorated…

This morning we walked to the postbox with some special Christmas Surprises. We spotted lots of numbers on our walk and we talked about different directions. Thank you to the mums and Mr Smith who came on our walk with us!

Two Little Dicky-birds
Our rhyme for maths this week was ‘Two Little Dicky-birds’, we made two bird puppets and a wall for them to sit on. We took our puppets home so we could sing the rhyme with our families!

Investigating!
We had been playing with the cars this morning and we were using card to make a ramp. After lunch we went outside and collected things to make a BIG ramp. We worked together as a team, we added different things to the ramp and we had a great afternoon.
