Over the last few weeks coaches from Lancashire GAA have been in school teaching Y4 the basics in Gaelic football. Despite the cold conditions the children have been having a great time.

We really enjoyed reading the first part of 'A Christmas Carol' today. We had to pretend we were Scrooge and not like Christmas! It was very difficult because we all love Christmas in Year 5!

Rose Blanche
Year 6 have been reading the very moving story of Rose Blanche, a young German girl who experienced World War II. We also enjoyed a drama session this afternoon, the children were fantastic- definitely some future stars in year 6!

Party Squares!
