Easter Crispy Cakes
Thanks to Mrs White and Mrs Barlow, Year 1/2 made Easter crispy cakes today. They followed the instructions and talked about fractions and measuring the ingredients. Their cakes looked very tasty!

Pyjama Day for St Joseph's Penny.
All the children in Key Stage 1 wore their pyjamas today and donated one pound to the St Joseph's Penny Collection. Thank you to all the children and their parents.

Today we looked some paintings by the artist George Seurat. We saw how his paintings were made up of dots and we tried this ourselves!

Skeleton Shapes!
Today we enjoyed making skeleton shapes in maths. We made pyramids, cuboids, cubes and prisms, counting the edges and the vertices.

Counting Coupons
We love the story, 'There's a Lion in my Cornflakes'. The two characters Eric and Dan have to collect 100 coupons, to get a free lion. In maths we helped them count the coupons by putting them into groups of 10.
