Keep going...

Hi guys,

How has the last week been? It’s been very strange this week in school as we welcomed back Reception, Year 1 and Year 6. It has made me miss you all even more! I’ve chosen the quote at the top of the page to remind you that although some classes are back we have to keep going.

 As I mentioned in last weeks letter I have been taking each group for PE which was great fun, although very interesting with the Reception classes!! I hope you are all still managing to keep active and have continued to follow one of the workout sessions on TV or managed to get out walking or for bike rides.

It was my daughter Lucy’s 18th birthday last Saturday and although we couldn’t celebrate it how she would have liked, we had a great day. I set up an outdoor cinema in our garden and we all sat around a fire pit toasting marshmallows and watching a movie. Luckily the weather stayed nice. 
How are you getting on with your home learning? I know as the weeks pass by it gets harder to keep motivated but little and often is the best strategy. Keep sending me any work or pictures of the things you’ve been doing as it really cheers me up to hear from you.
